Our new Patrol jumper features a crew neck and saddle shoulder design. Knitted in 3 gauge yarn (the same as The Diver and The Mariner), it is a chunkier alternative to the classic N.S.C. Submariner.
A saddle shoulder is a variation of a raglan sleeve, where the shoulder portion forms a straight band knit in the same piece with the sleeve. This extension at the top of the shoulder extends to the neckline and lies directly over the top of the shoulder. So that the “seam” at the shoulder lies parallel to the shoulder at the front and back instead of at an angle as in the raglan style.Constructed with the same 100% British wool in a 3 gauge knit with signature N.S.C. ribbed waist and cuffs.
All sweaters are packaged in a 100% cotton drawstring branded bag.
Available in Navy, Black, Ecru, Mid Grey, Sky Blue, Yellow and Orange.

This style features a form fitting inset sleeve where the shoulder seam sits directly on top of the shoulder. We recommend ‘The Submariner’ if you are looking for a jumper with a looser fit across the shoulders.
If you are unsure of your N.S.C. size, take a measurement around your chest at your underarm, in inches, with a soft tape measure. Our knitwear fits true to size. If you prefer a loose fit, we suggest you order a size up. Refer to the href=" style="font-style: normal;">size guide for further measurements.
Available in sizes 34” - 50” (EURO 44 - 60)
Model with a 38” chest wears size 38”
Please feel free to href=" style="font-style: normal;">get in touch if you have any queries regarding style, fit or sizing.
N.S.C. products are designed to last for years, when cared for correctly.
In the first instance, we recommend airing your knitwear outside. Remove small stains with a cloth and cool water. Piling can be removed with a wool shaver. When a wash is necessary we suggest hand washing.
Hand Wash
Mix a wool specific detergent with lukewarm water and swirl the garment delicately in the water. To dry, lay the garment on a flat surface and gently squeeze excess water from the wool with a towel. Do not twist or wring out a jumper. Stretch it gently to the correct size and shape before letting it air-dry laid flat. Softener can be added just before the final rinse if desired.
Machine Wash
Although not recommended, if a machine wash is necessary, knitwear can be washed using a wool specific detergent on a cold wool cycle with a low spin. Never tumble dry.
